Sonelle is the owner of Rossouw Human Resources Consulting that was founded in 2019. She is a registered Psychometrist (Independent Practice) with an Honours Degree in Industrial Psychology from the University of Stellenbosch and more than 10 years industry related experience in the field of human resources, organizational development and psychometric assessment within a corporate environment where she has worked within the uranium mining industry as well as serving various companies through her consultancy. Sonelle holds accreditation in a number of internationally accredited assessment measures, and as a registered Psychometrist, is accredited to administer a host of instruments within a recruitment, development and OD environment.
Sonelle has a passion for people as well as systems, and through her years of experience and exposure to different industries, has developed a unique feeling for and approach to understanding client needs and developing practical solution which are firmly grounded in scientific theory and principles.
Martella Diederiks

Martella Diederiks is a registered Institutional Counsellor and is a certified Life Coach Practitioner, Cognitive Behaviour Therapy Practitioner, Hypnotherapy Practitioner, Logotherapy Practitioner, Neurolinguistic Programming Practitioner as well as Mindfulness Practitioner.
Martella’s experience as counsellor spans decades where she has worked across all spectrums of society and across all age groups. Martella has a passion for people, and providing them with the necessary emotional support and guidance when they become overwhelmed by life and its demands.
Martella’s unique ability to build relationships and engage with people from all cultures and backgrounds has proven to be an invaluable asset to the clients with whom she has worked. In addition to providing clients with counselling as well as life coaching services, she is also Rossouw HR Consulting’s lead Team Building facilitator, as well as project lead in various of the soft skills training programmes that we offer.
